Selection Process: Online / Offline

  • Getting requisition letter from the client with the deadline mentioned.
  • Short listing candidates in accordance with the client’s requirements.
  • Viva with Subject Experts.
  • Conducting written evaluation of the candidate.
  • Demonstration classes to judge the teaching and communication skills of the candidate.
  • Final interview with the Director.
  • Sending these selected candidates in 1:2 ratios according to the client’s requirement.
  • After getting the clients approval, the stipulated appointment letters will be given to the selected candidates.
